Customer Item Sales History Features

  • The Customer Item Sales History app places a link on the Customer Card > Related > Link > Item Sales History that opens a page that show's the customer's item sales history.
  • This list page is based on legacy Microsoft RMS Customer Properties > Purchase History tab, but includes additional fields such as Serial No.

Customer Purchase Lookup At The Service Counter

  • A user opens the Customer Card for the desired customer.
  • The user selects Customer Card > Related > Link > Item Sales History.
  • The user reviews the customer's item sales history list page to locate prior purchases.

Long Menu Access Path

  • A user opens the Customer Card for the desired customer.
  • The user selects Customer Card > Related > Customer Other if using long menu.
  • The user opens Item Sales History from the long menu path.

Serial Number Review Workflow

  • A user opens the customer's item sales history page.
  • The user reviews lines that include fields such as Item No., Description, Quantity, Date, and Serial No.
  • The user uses the action at the top to quickly filter to only lines that contain a serial number.

Legacy Microsoft RMS Purchase History Replacement Workflow

  • A user who previously referenced legacy Microsoft RMS Customer Properties > Purchase History tab opens the Business Central Customer Card.
  • The user selects Item Sales History.
  • The user reviews the list page that is based on legacy Microsoft RMS Customer Properties > Purchase History tab and includes additional fields such as Serial No.
